Frequently asked questions on the patented mini pavers Pavijet MG6 and MG7

What’s the difference between the MG6 and MG7?

The only differences are explained below:

Work direction back forward in forward
Paving width from 0,40 to 2,30 mt from 0,20 to 1,90 mt
Paving thickness from – 5 to 12 cm from – 5 to 25 cm
Hopper capacity 1.2 m³ 1.4 m³
Material discharge skid loader directly from the truck
Weight 650 Kg 720 Kg

What type of material can I use with the Pavijets?

We can use any type of material:
– hot and cold asphalt,
– concrete (quite liquid),
– cement,
– sand,
– gravel,
– inert.

What kind of paving I can make?

We can pave sidewalks, cycle paths, pedestrian zones, fiber optics, excavations for aqueducts, garden paths, paths for parks, trenches and small road repairs.

Can I use the same Pavijet to fill a trench with gravel for example and then finish with asphalt?

Can I connect the Pavijet to any charger or tractor?

Yes, by retracting the screed and put it back down after the obstacle

Can I attach the Pavijets to any loader or tractor?

We can use all the loaders / tractors.
The only parameters are the oil delivery (40/60 lt / min), the pressure (180 bar) and the width of the loader / tractor that must be max mt. 2.00 for the MG7 and max mt. 2.50 for the MG6.

Is the attachment standard? And how is it?

The connection is standard, mechanical and hydraulic.

Can we connect the Pavijet to agricultural tractors?

If it meets the parameters listed above we can fix MG6 in the rear of the tractor and MG7 in the front.

Is there a vibration on the screed?

It depends as above, if the parameters are ok we can fix the MG6 in the back of the tractor and the MG7 in the front

Is there a vibration on the screed ?

It is not standard, but optional. We supply it on both Pavijet models.

How can we heat the screed?

The machine is supplied with a bomb (refillable) with Gpl heating.

Why is the Pavijet equipped with a battery?

To have the autonomy of the first hours of work. The battery is rechargeable.

How does the Pavijet work through the loader / tractor?

From the hydraulic system of the loader / tractor.
The oil passes through the quick couplings and arrives at the Pavijet.

What is the speed of the auger?

It depends on the rpm (round per minute) of the loader / tractor engine.

How do fill hopper?

On the MG7 from the front directly from the truck or from any loader.
On the MG6 we should load from the side.

Can we adjust the inclination of the pavement?

Can the Pavijet be considered accessories or mini pavers?

We consider them mini pavers because they work as asphalt machines.

What is the difference between a classic asphalt machine and Pavijet?

For example, Vogele, Salsco, Dynapac, Leeboy, Blaw Knox, Marini / Bomag, Amman, are all asphalt machines that do the same job as Pavijet but on a large scale.
While our Pavijet perform medium-small jobs.
